Specialist Online Assessment for Personality Disorders

We work with individuals experiencing persistent worry, panic attacks, avoidance behaviours and social anxiety. Conditions include:

Paranoid Personality Disorder

Paranoid Personality Disorder is characterised by pervasive distrust and suspicion of others. Individuals may interpret others’ motives as malevolent, be reluctant to confide in others, and often hold grudges, which can affect relationships and social interactions.

Schizoid Personality Disorder is characterised by a pattern of detachment from social relationships and a restricted range of emotional expression. Individuals may prefer solitary activities, show little interest in close relationships, and appear indifferent to praise or criticism.

Schizotypal Personality Disorder involves difficulties with social relationships, unusual thoughts or perceptual experiences, and eccentric behaviour. Individuals may have odd beliefs, speech patterns, or appearance, and often feel anxious in social situations.

Antisocial Personality Disorder is characterised by a disregard for the rights of others, impulsivity, deceitfulness, and failure to conform to social norms. Individuals may engage in aggressive or criminal behaviour and show a lack of remorse for their actions.

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) involves a pattern of unstable relationships, self-image, and emotions. Individuals may experience intense mood swings, fear of abandonment, impulsivity, and difficulty regulating emotions, affecting daily life and relationships.

Histrionic Personality Disorder is characterised by excessive emotionality and attention-seeking behaviour. Individuals may be uncomfortable when not the centre of attention, use dramatic expressions, and engage in behaviours intended to gain approval or reassurance.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder involves a pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and lack of empathy. Individuals may have an inflated sense of self-importance, expect special treatment, and struggle to recognise the needs and feelings of others.

Avoidant Personality Disorder is characterised by social inhibition, feelings of inadequacy, and hypersensitivity to negative evaluation. Individuals may avoid social interactions due to fear of criticism or rejection, despite a desire for connection.

Dependent Personality Disorder involves a pervasive need to be cared for, leading to submissive or clingy behaviour and fear of separation. Individuals may struggle with decision-making and rely heavily on others for support and reassurance.

Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD) is characterised by preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism, and control. Individuals may be rigid, inflexible, and overly focused on rules or details, which can interfere with efficiency, relationships, and daily functioning.

We support long-term emotional regulation, interpersonal functioning and stability.
