Maddie is a Clinical Psychology graduate from the University of California, San Diego, with a strong interest in supporting accessible, compassionate mental healthcare. Her professional experience spans mental health, administration, community outreach, customer service, and team leadership, where she has developed strong skills in organisation, project coordination, communication, and day-to-day operations.
During her internship at CARE at the Sexual Assault Resource Center, Maddie coordinated and facilitated educational initiatives in collaboration with UC San Diego Health, supported outreach programmes, analysed programme data, and developed educational content for the community. Working with sensitive topics and diverse groups strengthened her ability to communicate with empathy, maintain professionalism, and approach tasks with care and attention to detail.
In her customer-facing and leadership roles, Maddie has supervised teams, coordinated daily operations, responded to customer concerns, and helped ensure smooth and positive experiences. She is highly organised, approachable, and solution-oriented, with a genuine ability to make people feel heard, supported, and valued.
